Minimum of 1 year Family Law or Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant experience is essential

Salary 65-80K Super dependent upon experience

As a Family Law Paralegal, you will support 2-3 Solicitors on Private Client matters.

Your responsibilities will include -

- Liaising with clients, barristers and other solicitors

- Drafting correspondence and court documents

- Preparation of briefs including disclosure documents and indexing

- Managing files

- Trust fund requests and general administration duties

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 1 year Family Law Paralegal or Family Law Legal Assistant experience is preferred (otherwise Litigation experience will be sufficient).

Well established boutique Family Law Specialist Law Firm. Have 25 staff. Offer career progression to the right candidate.

Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience (between $65,000 - $80,000 Super).
