About the Role- Disability Support Worker (Female Only)
Good Conscience PTY LTD is urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Support Worker to provide high physical support to a participant in the Armadale area.
This role is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable, patient, and passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live safely and independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and high physical support
- Manual handling using standing hoist equipment
- Medication assistance and management
- Indian meal preparation- Essential
- Supporting community access and social participation
- Assisting with daily living activities and companionship
Essential Requirements
- Previous disability support experience
- Experience with manual handling and standing hoist
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Strong communication skills and compassionate approach
- Manual handling Certificate
- Medication Administration Certificate
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Infection Control
Preferred
- Working With Children Check
- Ability to speak Indian languages, especially Malayalam
