Field Service Engineer – Labels & Packaging Printing

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide onsite installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for labels and packaging printing equipment.

· Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades for customers in the labels and packaging industry.

· Support customers with technical inquiries, offering expert advice on equipment operations, system integration, and workflow optimization.

· Collaborate with the technical team to develop solutions for complex client needs and technical challenges.

· Manage service schedules, ensure timely completion of service requests, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

· Conduct training for clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.





· Maintain accurate service records, including reports on service activities, parts used, and recommendations for future upgrades.

Requirements:

· Experience in the labels and packaging printing industry (flexographic, digital, offset printing, finishing, etc.) is essential.

· Strong knowledge of printing machinery, control systems, and software used in the packaging and labelling sector.

· Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of printing equipment.

· Ability to work independently and manage your service schedule effectively.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

· Degree or qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field is desirable.
