Hays is currently recruiting qualified Plumbers for FIFO opportunities across remote WA mine sites and accommodation villages. With ongoing maintenance work available, these positions offer stable employment, family-friendly rosters and the opportunity to work across camp and village facilities while enjoying day shifts only

Your new role

- Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across accommodation villages and camp facilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, drainage and gas systems
- Complete installation, maintenance and fault-finding works across kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and communal facilities
- Assist with inspections and planned maintenance programs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures and compliance requirements
- Work alongside site maintenance teams to support the day-to-day operation of village infrastructure
- Primarily 8:6 FIFO rosters available
- Day shifts only
- Immediate and upcoming opportunities available

What you'll need to succeed

- WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence
- WA Gas Fitting Permit (G Class)




- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- National Police Clearance
- Strong maintenance and fault-finding experience
- Waste Water Treatment Plant or Reverse Osmosis experience highly regarded
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Willingness to complete site inductions and onboarding requirements

FIFO experience is not essential. These opportunities are ideal for qualified Plumbers looking to break into the FIFO industry or secure a role offering a better work-life balance with shorter swings and day shifts only.
