McHaffie Transport Australia is looking for an Administration Assistant for our Newman depot on a residential or dual FIFO and Perth local roster. We are flexible on this and can discuss individual options to suit the applicant.

What we require-

- You must be reliable and have a positive can-do attitude.

- Intermediate computer skills (inc Excel & Outlook)

- Effective time management

- Planning and organisation skills
- A robust work ethic

- LF Forklift ticket

- Minimum C class licence but a HR licence would be looked upon favourably

- Ability to pass Random Drug & Alcohol testing

- Attention to detail and customer service is a must and you can work independently at times.

Your day would consist of but not limited to -

- Checking & replying to emails





- Answering phone calls

- Basic transport data entry

- General office duties and cleaning

- Loading and unloading freight

- Liaising with our clients in person

On our freight receivals day, there is a large proportion of receiving and dispatching of freight, which entails physical duties.

With flexible roster and location options, this role is unique.

The role is only open to candidates that want full time ongoing work.
