ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE

Our client is a large, well-established NFP organisation seeking an FP&A; Analyst to join their finance team on a four-month contract.

Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you'll become part of a high-performing commercial finance team, partnering with operational leaders to provide meaningful financial analysis, budgeting support and commercial insights. This is a hands-on analytical role where you'll spend as much time understanding the drivers behind the numbers as you will reporting on them.

You'll be joining the business during a period of transformation, making this an excellent chance to contribute from day one and work alongside an experienced FP&A; team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver monthly management reporting and variance analysis
- Build financial models and forecasting tools
- Analyse operational performance and key business drivers




- Partner with operational stakeholders to provide commercial insights
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analyse labour costs, payroll trends and operational metrics
- Assist with revenue analysis and funding performance
- Drive reporting improvements and process efficiencies

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Power BI, Power Query or Business Central exposure will be highly regarded
