Your recent role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial advice, budgeting support and financial analysis. Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:

- Budget development, monitoring and forecasting
- Financial reporting and performance analysis
- Preparation of business cases and financial costings
- Supporting capital, operational and project funding activities
- Providing strategic advice to leaders on financial and workforce planning
- Identifying risks, opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement across operational and corporate business units
- Supporting financial governance, compliance and policy requirements





What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will possess:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering, management accounting or commercial finance
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within a large and complex organisation
- Previous government sector experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
- CPA or CA qualification, or working towards completion, will be advantageous
