- Immediate Start About Our Client We are partnering with a well-known Leisure organisation to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with CEOs, Boards, and senior stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insights that help shape strategic decisions and deliver strong organisational outcomes.You/'ll combine technical financial expertise with genuine business partnering to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning activities.
- Partnering with CEOs, leadership teams, and Boards to provide commercial and financial advice.
- Leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Delivering monthly management and Board reporting, including insightful variance analysis and commentary.
- Analysing financial performance and identifying risks, trends, and opportunities to improve outcomes.
- Supporting month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and maintaining general ledger integrity.
- Preparing statutory financial statements and coordinating external audit requirements.
- Contributing to finance transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement projects.
- Building strong relationships across finance and operational teams to support organisational objectives.
The Successful
Applicant - CA or CPA qualification.
- Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, Management Accounting, or a similar commercial finance role in large complex/commercial organisations.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and month-end processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems and supporting process improvement initiatives.
