Role DescriptionThe Finance Manager / Finance Director is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial management, reporting, planning, and control activities. The role provides financial insights to support business decisions, ensures effective cash flow and budget management, and maintains strong financial governance.

Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow planning, accounting operations, financial analysis, internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. The role also works closely with senior management and key stakeholders to develop financial strategies, manage financial risks, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Qualified accounting or finance qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting,



management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Understanding of financial reporting standards, taxation, audit processes, and internal controls.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, cost management, risk management, and business performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to management and non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and professional judgment.
