Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop long-term financial plans, create budgets, manage forecasts, and advise on growth strategies.

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, analyse data, investigate variances, and present findings to leadership.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing forecasts and cash flow.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks, manage insurance, and ensure compliance with regulations (GAAP, SEC).

- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and guide the accounting, audit, and finance teams.

- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily financial operations, including payroll, taxes, internal controls, and systems.

- Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors; present financial health to executives and boards.
