? We’re Hiring: Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning across the organization. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong analytical and leadership skills who are passionate about financial performance, business growth, and sound financial management.

? Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
- Monitor financial performance, costs, profitability, and key financial KPIs.
- Develop financial models, management reports, and business performance analysis.
- Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash management activities.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks, process gaps, and opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Establish and improve financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to achieve departmental objectives.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning,



or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar leadership role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- ACCA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
- Positive command of English, both written and spoken.
