Ironbark Financial Group has an exciting opportunity to join the Newcastle team. We are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to work in the Broadmeadow office, full-time, joining the energetic team.

About you:

communicate with empathy, and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and care. The successful candidate will contribute positively to team dynamics and foster strong client relationships.

- Technical knowledge and knowledge of regulatory and legislative obligations related to financial planning.

- 3 years’ experience providing financial advice to clients.

Key role responsibilities:

- Provide efficient, compliant, and accurate administration to deliver quality financial advice.

- Proactive interaction with clients and team members to ensure all necessary information is up to date and current in client management database and in client account records.

- Work in progress reporting and task management.

- Proactive phone calls and client contact to ensure ongoing support services are delivered.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualifications in financial services or a related discipline (completed) – current Authorised Representative, authorised to provide Financial Advice in Australia.

- FASEA higher education requirements met – documentation of completion required.

- Standard background checks include but are not excluded to; criminal history, bankruptcy, ASIC.

Remuneration package offered ranges between $140,000 -$165,000, inclusive of superannuation, dependent on level of education and experience.
