The Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join a prestigious Pacific Fair Boutique. In this role, you will deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning clientele, guiding them through the selection of exquisite fine jewellery. As a Client Advisor, you will act as a true ambassador for the brand, showcasing in-depth product knowledge while ensuring a seamless and elevated client journey.

Your professionalism, discretion, and passion for luxury will be integral in creating memorable experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a highly personalised, world-class client experience
- Provide expert advice on jewellery, materials, and craftsmanship
- Present collections with strong product storytelling and confidence
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Handle high-value products and client information with discretion
- Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling
- Utilise CRM and POS systems to manage clients and track performance





Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering exceptional service within a luxury retail environment, with robust interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with a high-end clientele. You will bring a sales-driven mindset, with a clear focus on achieving KPIs while maintaining a premium client experience, along with proficiency in retail and CRM systems that support client engagement and performance tracking.
