Senior Project Managers - Fitout & Construction

We are currently working with a number of established fitout and joinery businesses across Brisbane who are looking to appoint experienced Senior Project Managers.

All of the opportunities are in the commercial space and range from restaurants, wellness, hotels and more. With project values ranging from $2M up to $10M.

You would be responsible for:

- Full commercial Fitouts delivered sometimes as the head contractor and sometimes working with other builders, just delivering the joinery package of the project.
- Often specialising in high-end hospitality projects including restaurants, bars, hotels and other venues
- Plan, schedule and monitor project progress, budgets and timelines.
- Review drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive project outcomes
- Monitor site safety and ensure all safety controls and compliance measures are in place.
- Projects ranging from approximately $2M to $10M+

You'll ideally have:

- A trade qualification in joinery, shopfitting, carpentry or similar is preferred
- Experience delivering a full fitout project,



ideally around atleast the $8M mark
- Experience managing multiple projects at one time
- Hospitality fitout experience highly regarded
- Excellent leadership and the ability confidentially manage clients and other contractors.
- Strong planning, problem solving and organisational skills
- A solid understanding of construction processes, quality and WHS
