Role Description

This is a full time role located in Brisbane, at their Richlands Office. As a Fitout Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of fitout projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities include liaising with clients, contractors,



and suppliers to ensure successful project execution, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and addressing any issues that arise during the project timeline. You will also oversee quality assurance and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Project skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers effectively
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address and resolve project challenges
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Relevant experience in fitout, or project coordination is highly desirable
- A degree or certification in construction management, project management, or a related field is advantageous
