FLORIST — CONTRACTOR & OR FREELANCER FOR THE 2026/2027 EVENT SEASON Position: Florist (Contractor / Freelance, project-based — all experience levels welcome) The Bloomin' Essence Join our vibrant Bloom Studio as a creative force, bringing floral artistry to events across our 2026/2027 season.

Decor It

Studio is looking for florists of all experience levels to join us on a contract basis, from those starting out to seasoned leads, to deliver premium floral designs across a fast-paced environment that celebrates creativity and innovation.

Your Creative Canvas Will

Include

Crafting and executing premium floral designs for high-end events, engaged on a per-project or seasonal contract basis

Supporting or leading the Bloom Crew on-site, depending on experience level

Assisting with studio operations and inventory with artistic precision

Contributing to client consultations and bringing creative visions to life

Collaborating with our creative teams across each event What We're Looking For:

Floristry experience ranging from entry-level through to 5+ years, especially in events and weddings A genuine passion for floral design and willingness to learn or mentor, depending on level

Eye for detail and commitment to premium quality

Experience with floristry suppliers and sundry sourcing (an advantage,



not essential for junior applicants)

Valid Australian driver's license

Active ABN and own public liability insurance
