Sidekicker is looking for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to work stadiums, convention centres and conferences all across Sydney.

What's Sidekicker?

We connect Australia's top hospitality talent - our Sidekicks - with stadiums, convention centres, conference venues and event organisers. From corporate events to trade shows and international conferences, shifts are booked and managed through the Sidekicker app.

As a Sidekick, you choose when and where you work - pick up as much or as little as suits you. We take care of all your payroll, tax, super and any workplace safety matters for you, so there's no additional admin on your end.

Responsibilities

- Deliver professional food and beverage service in corporate or fine dining settings
- Execute precise table setups and multi-course service, including cutlery use and silver service technique
- Provide beverage service, including wine
- Carry and manage trays for beverages, canapés and à la carte service
- Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and food safety compliance





Qualifications

- Experience in 5-star hotel, fine dining or corporate hospitality settings
- Solid grounding in silver service and multi-course fine dining protocols
- Beverage service skills - tap beer, drink cans, Champagne presentation, wine etiquette
- Transparent, professional communication
- High standards of presentation and attention to detail
- POS system experience
- Current RSA certification
