About the OpportunityA permanent full‑time Food & Beverage Supervisor opportunity is available within the Bistro Team at RACV City Club.Reporting to the Food & Beverage Management team, this role is responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and smooth operation of the Bistro, overseeing a team of Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure a consistently high standard of service for members and guests.

You will be a visible leader on the floor and a key point of contact for members and guests, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a welcoming and professional dining experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong organisation, time management, relationship‑building and people development skills.As a leader, you will help set service standards by demonstrating a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Lead and supervise daily Food & Beverage operations within the Bistro• Oversee and support Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure service standards are consistently met• Act as a key operational point of contact for members, guests and internal stakeholders• Coordinate staffing, service flow and daily priorities to ensure smooth operations• Lead by example, fostering a positive, professional and engaged team culture• Support training, coaching and development of team members• Ensure compliance with service standards, policies and procedures What you’ll need to be successful• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor role within a Bistro, restaurant or premium hospitality workplace• Experience within a 4–5 star hotel, club or resort highly regarded• Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail• A confident, hands‑on leadership style with a focus on team development• Strong organisational and time management skills• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine passion for hospitality• Flexibility to work a rotating 7‑day roster,
