Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our client’s 24-hour food manufacturing operation on an ongoing basis.

The Role

This is an ongoing prospect offering stable hours, consistent work and opportunities for career development. You will work on a weekly rotating roster:

- Week 1: 7:50 AM – 4:00 PM | Day Shift
- Week 2: 3:50 PM – 12:00 AM | Afternoon Shift
- Week 3: 11:50 PM – 8:00 AM | Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Operate food processing and packaging machinery
- Monitor production processes and product quality
- Complete quality checks and production documentation
- Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Maintain cleanliness of machinery and work areas
- Follow food safety, quality and workplace health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily production targets

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:
- Availability to work a rotating day, afternoon and night roster
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality




- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- A willingness to learn and follow processes and procedures
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience is desirable, but full training will be provided
