Care is opening 14 September 2026, and we’re building a team of people who bring positivity, kindness, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents. We are now seeking Food Service Assistants to join our warm and supportive team.

In this role, you’ll help create enjoyable meal experiences for our residents by preparing and serving quality food, supporting smooth dining routines, and working alongside a team that truly cares about what they do.

About You

You don’t need to be highly qualified — we’re looking for people with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.

Experience in Aged Care or in a kitchen/café environment is great, but not essential.

If You

Have HLTFSE001 – Follow Basic Food Safety Practices

Current police check (within 12 month)

Experience in a commercial kitchen (or similar setting)

Good communication skills A friendly,



teamfocused attitude An understanding of safe hygiene practices A passion for helping older people …we’d love to hear from you.

Experience preparing food for large groups is helpful, but we can teach you what you need to know if you’re the right fit.
