HOBAN is partnering with a well-established leader in the healthcare industry and is currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join their team based in Murarrie.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a wide-ranging role, combining forklift operation with warehouse, dispatch and occasional delivery duties in a supportive team environment.
Shift: 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $35.96 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Operating high reach forklifts to safely load, unload and move stock throughout the warehouse
- Picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch
- Receiving inbound stock, checking documentation and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Preparing deliveries and assisting with local drop-offs as required
- Assembling and preparing healthcare products for dispatch
- Using RF scanners and warehouse systems to manage stock movements
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work setting in line with WHS requirements
What We're Looking For
- Current LF Forklift Licence with demonstrated high reach forklift experience
- Previous warehousing experience,
particularly in mixed-duty roles involving forklift operation, picking and packing or stock control
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a reliable work ethic
- RF scanning or warehouse system experience is highly regarded
- Valid Australian driver's licence is advantageous for local delivery duties using company vehicles
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, police check and drug and alcohol screening
