Edenstone Masonry Pty Ltd is a family-owned business seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Forklift Driver / Warehouse Worker to join our team in Pinkenba, QLD. This is a full-time position based at our facility where you will play a crucial role in the effective operation of our manufacturing business.
What you'll be doing
- Operating forklift
- Loading & Unloading trucks
- Organising, stacking manufactured products & placing in designated warehouse locations using appropriate storage systems
- Following all warehouse protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and organised working environment
- Assisting with stock-taking and inventory management activities as required
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and hazard-free at all times
What we're looking for
- Current, valid forklift certification
- Previous experience as a forklift driver or warehouse worker, minimum of 2 years experience required
- Robust understanding of workplace health and safety principles and procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions
