We are currently seeking an experienced yardman forklift operator, with a valid forklift ticket and a minimum of 2 years experience to work in a building supplies yard, based in Kings Park, NSW.
About the role:
- $37.50 per hour + super on all hours
- Full-time hours Monday to Friday (usually 0700AM - 330PM daily)
- Work with a massive national supplier of scaffolding!
- Temp - perm full time employment prospect for the right candidate, with the company within 3 months
- Preparing scaffold components to go out against gear lists
- Unloading and loading Scaffolding
- Reporting any damaged components to your supervisor
- General maintenance on scaffolding
- Picking orders
- Unloading and loading containers
- General yard labouring duties and manual labour
Skills & Experience Required:
- Must have 2 yrs experience using forklift and able to lift 20kg unaided
- Valid forklift ticket
- Previous scaffold experience or knowledge with a basic scaffold ticket is desirable
- 1-2 years experience within a scaffolding or other yard environment using a forklift constantly
- Good counting skills
- Full Australian working rights (resident or citizen)
