Workforce International are seeking a skilled Formworker/Carpenter to join our team in Tomago. Our client supplies to a wide range of industries including civil infrastructure, communications, building and construction. This role might suit someone who has previous experience as a formworker in a similar space - Trade qualification desired however not essential.

- $45.00-$51.19/hour + applicable penalties

What you'll be doing

- Assembling, erecting, and dismantling concrete forms
- Ensuring forms are properly braced, aligned, and secured
- Assisting with concrete pours and general labour
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
- Dismantling and removing formwork safely




- Maintaining tools and equipment to a high standard
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

What we're looking for

- Relevant trade qualification in carpentry highly desired however not required
- Demonstrated experience in formwork carpentry
- Ability to read and work to plans/technical drawings
- MUST have an OH&S; Construction Induction card (White Card)
- MUST have the ability to pass a functional assessment including drug and alcohol screening
- Strong practical skills and the ability to work with a range of hand and power tools
- A keen focus on safety and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team
