The Role

We’re looking for a Freelance Junior Designer to support our marketing team during a maternity cover (~6month).

This is a flexible, ad hoc contractor role — no fixed hours.

You’ll jump in as projects come through , with plenty of variety and creative input.

✅ Templates, tools, and guidance provided

✅ Freedom to contribute creatively from day one

What You’ll Be Doing

1.Design & Execution

- Create campaign assets, social visuals, and digital ads
- Design and update landing pages (Unbounce)
- Support website visual updates
- Develop marketing collateral (brochures, one-pagers, decks)




- Assist with light video editing & motion (via Canva)

2.Creative Contribution

- Join brainstorms and campaign ideation
- Contribute to concepts, themes, and visual directions
- Build mood boards and creative directions
- Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas
- Push creative boundaries while staying on-brand

How You’ll Work

- Pick up projects on an ad hoc basis
- Be comfortable with quick turnarounds
- Juggle multiple small projects
- Work independently after onboarding

What We’re Looking For

- A creative thinker — not just a doer
- Curious, proactive, and full of ideas
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and responsive as a freelancer
- Strong eye for detail and brand consistency

Skills & Tools Must-have:

- Canva (our core design tool )
- Strong understanding of layout, typography & digital design

Nice to have:

- Unbounce or landing page builders
- Basic video editing / animation skills
- Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience

- 1–3 years in a design role

OR

- A design student with a strong portfolio to back it up
