Front of House / Bar Staff Independent Brewery

Immediate Start | Casual with Opportunity to Progress to Full-Time

Stony Creek Brewing is a proudly independent, family-owned brewery in the heart of Ipswich. We are looking for an experienced, energetic and reliable Front of House / Bar Staff member to join our growing team.

We are all about great beer, great food and good old-fashioned customer service. We want someone who genuinely enjoys looking after customers, can handle a busy bar with confidence and knows how to work as part of a team when the venue is pumping.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous bar and hospitality experience is essential.

What You wll Be Doing

- Confidently pouring and serving beer, wine and other beverages
- Making cocktails accurately and efficiently
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS
- Running food from the kitchen to tables
- Providing friendly, attentive and genuine customer service
- Keeping the bar, tables and customer areas clean and presentable
- Helping with opening and closing procedures
- Working closely with the bar, kitchen and floor teams
- Staying calm, organised and positive during fast-paced services
- Getting stuck in wherever you are needed

What We are Looking For

You will need to

- Have previous bar and hospitality experience
- Be experienced and confident in pouring beer
- Have experience making cocktails
- Be comfortable running food and providing table service
- Hold a current RSA
- Value old-fashioned customer service friendly, attentive and willing to go the extra mile
- Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
- Be available to work Friday,



Saturday and Sunday
- Bring a positive attitude and be willing to pitch in when things get busy

Weekend availability is essential for this position.
