MAZI Brighton has a great opportunity for a front of house person to progress their career.

Must be able to work 5 days a week, 9am-3pm including both Saturday and Sunday.

Position is for 30 hours per week.

Typical duties will include

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring accurate order entry.

- Providing exceptional service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills .

- Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast paced workplace

- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.

- Handling payments and processing guest bills accurately.

- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
