We are looking for a friendly, professional and motivated hotel receptionist to join our team for approximately 20 hours per week.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service while also bringing strong administration, sale, marketing and social media skills to the position.

As one of the first points of contact for our guests, you will play an significant role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. Along with general reception duties, we are looking for someone who can assist with promoting the property, maintaining our online presence and helping identify opportunities to increase booking sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests and providing friendly professional customer service.

Managing reservations, enquiries, check ins and check outs.

Answering telephone and email enquires.

General office administration and reception duties.

Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives.

Creating and maintaining engaging socail media content.





Helping to promote accommadation, special offers and packages.

Maintaining a high standard of presentation across reception and guest areas.

Liasing with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experiance in RoomMaster and SiteMinder would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Previous hotel reception, accommodation or hospitality experience.

Experience in sales and marketing.

Confidence using social media for promotional purpose.

Strong Office administration and computer skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A professional, friendly and well presented manner.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
