Our team focuses on ensuring reliable payment processing, proactive service management, and a superior customer experience through robust operations, incident response, and continuous improvement.

Our Team The Service Delivery function provides operational governance, customer engagement and IT Service Management capability for Worldline Service Australia. The team is responsible for ensuring payment services remain stable, resilient and continuously improving through effective operational processes, customer governance and service assurance.

Your mission

Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable full-stack applications supporting operational services, customer self-service, AI-enabled capabilities and business process improvements across Worldline Services Australia.

The opportunity

We are looking for an energetic hands full stack developer who can help us develop our customer facing portal and integration with our various service management tools who has exposure to banking, finance and payment organisations.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Full Stack Application Development

- Design, develop and maintain modern web applications.
- Build secure customer-facing portals.• Develop responsive user interfaces.
- Develop scalable backend services.

Customer Portal Development

- Develop customer self-service capabilities.
- Implement secure authentication and authorisation.
- Improve customer digital experiences.

AI Solution Development

- Develop AI-enabled customer capabilities.
- Integrate Large Language Models.
- Build intelligent search and chatbot capabilities.
- Support AI-driven workflow automation.

API & Integration Development

- Develop REST APIs.
- Integrate enterprise platforms.
- Support ServiceNow integrations.

DevSecOps & Cloud Engineering

- Support CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply secure software development practices.




- Support cloud-native deployments.

Application Support & Continuous Improvement

- Investigate production issues.
- Deliver enhancements.
- Optimise application performance.

Technical Leadership

- Promote engineering best practices.
- Participate in peer reviews.
- Support architecture decisions.

Who are we looking for

Skills & Experience

Essential

- Significant full-stack development experience.
- Contemporary frontend and backend development.• REST APIs.
- SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Secure application development.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with low code and no code solutions and tools will be an advantage

Highly Desirable

- Azure or AWS.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD.
- ServiceNow integrations.
- AI and LLM integration.
- Python.
- Payments industry experience.
