Full time Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Refer to our website for more information www.renzotonin.com.au An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator in our Surry Hills office (only 5 minute walk from Central Station).

Responsibilities:

- Check, prepare and email invoices and statements
- Complete subcontractor forms and statutory declarations
- Manage debt collection and assist with dispute resolution
- Assist the Credit Controller, including covering their tasks while they are on leave
- Attend weekly debtor meetings
- Enter approvals and remittances into the billing system




- Liaise with engineers regarding job approvals and client queries
- Provide switchboard relief from time to time
- Assist with ad hoc requests as required

Key Criteria:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Assertive and confident when speaking on the phone
- Ability to follow instructions
- Highly organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Have experience in a similar position
- Capable of Multitasking
- MYOB experience will be highly regarded
