We have just acquired another site in South Bank who needs an exceptional facility manager to lead it.

THE OPPORTUNITY The Site Manager package includes:

- $60,000 base + superannuation

- $1,250 monthly performance bonus

- $7,500 annual site achievement bonus

- Approved Personal Training opportunities

- OTE of up to $100,000 for eligible high-performing managers

- Further promotions with significant increases in earning potential

- Long-term potential pathway toward site ownership

THE ROLE

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, standards and experience of your club.

You will

- Lead the day-to-day operation of the gym

- Deliver an exceptional member experience

- Drive membership growth and retention

- Lead and develop the team

- Maintain extremely high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety

- Develop and support Personal Trainers

- Drive PT bookings and department performance

- Build strong relationships with members and the local community

- Manage administration, reporting and operational requirements

- Create a gym environment that people genuinely want to be part of
