Be part of building Western Sydney's new stadium. Oak Tree is looking for 10 reliable general labourers to support the seating installation crew at the Penrith Stadium Redevelopment, one of the biggest projects in the region.
The Work
- Lifting and carrying boxes of stadium seats (around 20kg) across the venue
- Moving stock from delivery points and staging it where the installation team needs it
- Repetitive physical work on your feet through the day
- Supporting an experienced installation team on a live construction site
- No tools, no fitting, no trade skills needed. You lift, you carry, you keep the installers moving
Fitness matters more than experience here. If you've done warehousing, container unloading, removals, farm work, landscaping, or you're simply fit and reliable, this job will suit you.
The Details
- Start: Immediately
- Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Duration: 8 to 16 weeks
- Paid weekly, super paid every pay day
The Pay Employed under the Building and Construction General In office Award (casual):
- Base casual rate around $34/hr (Level 1,
includes casual loading)
- Plus industry allowance per hour worked
- Plus daily travel allowance every day you attend
- Plus our Oak Tree bonus system: show up, complete your shifts, and climb bonus levels worth up to an extra 18% on top of your base rate. Reliability literally pays
What You'll Need
- Valid NSW White Card (General Construction Induction), or willingness to complete the one-day course before starting
- Your own steel cap boots and long sleeve hi-vis shirt
- A smartphone with data (our worker app handles your roster, timesheets and bonus tracking)
- Reliable Monday to Friday availability
- The fitness for repetitive lifting and carrying, and a good attitude
