Latitude Recruitment is sourcing experienced general labourers for a range of roles across manufacturing, agriculture, and construction throughout Warrnambool and the South West. Multiple positions are available now.

What We're Looking For

- Labouring experience across manufacturing, construction, or agriculture
- Experience as a trades assistant or farmhand is desirable
- Tickets such as White Card, forklift, EWP, or confined space are advantageous
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work wide-ranging shifts and across different sites as required

Requirements

- Must be willing to complete drug and alcohol screening and/or pre-employment medical as required by the role
- Valid driver's licence and own transport may be required depending on the role
