GEOLOGISTS – MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES

Mining Employment Services is currently recruiting experienced geologists for a range of contract and permanent opportunities across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

We have positions suited to geologists who enjoy hands-on field exploration, drill-rig supervision, core logging, resource definition, project geology or technical office-based work.

Roles are available across gold, iron ore, copper and uranium projects, with FIFO, exploration-campaign and Perth-based working arrangements.

ABOUT YOU

Requirements will vary between positions; however, suitable candidates will generally have:
- A tertiary qualification in Geology or a related discipline
- Relevant Australian mining or mineral exploration experience
- Experience in drilling supervision, geological logging, sampling, QAQC, interpretation or resource development
- Strong safety awareness and the ability to work effectively in remote environments
- Positive communication, reporting and organisational skills




- A current Australian manual driver’s licence for field-based roles
- Australian working rights
- The ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

Experience with software such as Micromine, Leapfrog, Datamine, Surpac, QGIS, ArcGIS or acQuire will be advantageous, depending on the position.
