Waratah-Wynyard Council have an exciting opportunity available for a Governance Officer – Information Management to support our growing municipality.

Are you organised, detail focused and looking to build a career in local government? This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, working with people and learning recent systems and processes. You will be part of a supportive team gaining a diverse range of experience across councils functions and services that make a difference to our community.

This is a permanent full-time position working 75 hours over a 9-day fortnight.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- The ability to work accurately in a busy environment.

- Excellent Organisational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent computer literacy.
