Looking to start your career in commercial property? Join CBRE's Research team and develop your analytical skills while working on market-leading research, forecasts and insights that support some of Australia's largest property investors, occupiers and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, maintain and analyse market data across retail and industrial & logistics sectors
Prepare market reports, presentations and client-ready research material
Support the delivery of quarterly research publications and forecasting
Analyse investment transactions and identify emerging market trends
Partner with Capital Markets and other business lines to gather market intelligence
Respond to ad hoc research requests from internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to thought leadership pieces and industry insights
Continue to improve research systems, databases and processes across the team
About You
Recently degree qualified in Property or Commerce
Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel capability and strong PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly and confidently
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Curious about commercial property markets and keen to build your research career
