Role Description The Graduate Developer (Remote, Entry-Level) role is a part time position focused on supporting the design, development, and maintenance of digital products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities may include writing and testing clean, maintainable code under guidance from senior developers, assisting in debugging and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with designers and marketers to implement features that support campaign and brand objectives.

The Graduate

Developer will participate in code reviews, document technical work, and learn best practices in software development and version control. This is a remote role, requiring consistent communication with the team, proactive time management, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational programming skills in at least one modern language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java) and familiarity with basic data structures and algorithms.
- Exposure to web technologies such as HTML, CSS,



and introductory knowledge of front-end or back-end frameworks.
- Understanding of software development practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing basics, and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to break down technical tasks into manageable steps.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (design, marketing, content).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage part-time remote work alongside learning and skill development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (recent graduate or final-year student) is preferred.
- Interest in branding, digital media, and creative technology solutions; prior project work, internships, or a portfolio/GitHub link is an advantage.
