About the Role

This entry level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics workplace. You’ll play a key role in supporting the coordination of freight movements between Tasmania and mainland Australia, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Process freight bookings and customer orders accurately
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to support freight movements




- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Monitor shipment progress and assist with issue resolution
- Maintain accurate data in internal systems
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team

About You

- Recent graduate in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
