About This Role
Your new role
As a New Graduate Physiotherapist, you'll build your clinical skills and confidence through diverse rotations, working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, evidence-based and patient-centred care.
- Deliver quality physiotherapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings, including clinical assessment, patient education, therapeutic intervention, evaluation and discharge planning, with support and supervision from senior clinicians.
- Develop your clinical capability by managing an appropriate caseload, progressively applying clinical judgement to more complex decision-making, and maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to develop person-centred goals and achieve positive health outcomes through effective communication, teamwork and consumer engagement.
About You We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate emerging physiotherapist who is ready to learn, contribute and make a meaningful difference to patients and their families.
- A motivated new graduate physiotherapist with a commitment to developing clinical knowledge, skills and confidence through supported practice, active learning and professional development.
- A strong communicator and team player who can build positive relationships with patients, families, carers,
colleagues and other health professionals in an interprofessional environment.
- A patient-centred practitioner who demonstrates empathy, respect and a commitment to providing safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care.

About Us Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital: The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital (QEII) is a medium metropolitan adult facility providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services including a 24-hour Emergency Department.
We provide a range of services, including surgery, cardiology, endoscopy, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, geriatric, respiratory and emergency medicine. We're making our hospital bigger and better to make it easier for our growing community to get the health care they need. We'll have more beds, medical wards and expanded intensive care and emergency services planned to be opened by 2027.
