Graduate Remedial Engineer to join our growing Remedial team in Sydney.
This is a excellent opportunity for a recent Civil or Structural Engineering graduate who is interested in building a career in remedial engineering, building diagnostics and structural repair.
At Partridge, you won't be just another graduate, you'll work closely with experienced engineers and project managers, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of projects while developing the technical and practical skills needed to build a successful career in Remedial Engineering.
If you are currently in your final year of study, this role will commence in January/February 2027.

About You We're looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Recently graduated or is in their final year of their engineering degree.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A willingness to attend site and learn how engineering solutions are applied in practice.
- Australian working rights.
Previous industry experience is not essential. We're more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn and passion for developing a career in remedial engineering.
