We are seeking a motivated and experienced site supervisor to oversee the day to day operations of our grain handling facility at Jondaryan. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for ensuring protected, efficient and compliant site operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational performance. Competitive salary offered along with company vehicle and phone.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise daily grain receival, storage, handling and dispatch.
Lead and Support site employees to achieve operation targets.
Ensure compliance is met at all times. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor grain quality.
Complete operational reporting and administrative requirements
Ensure a safe, clean working environment
