This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in grants and funding management, work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to programs that support positive outcomes for Queensland children and families.

Responsibilities Include

It would be highly desirable to have the following skills and experience:

- Experience supporting the end-to-end grants management process, including assessment of claims (forecast and acquittals), adjustments and reporting.

- Ability to accurately process grant documentation and maintain records within grants management systems.





- Ability to analyse information, identify discrepancies, and resolve routine issues.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience responding to enquiries and explaining policies, procedures, and program requirements in a transparent and professional manner.

- Ability to interpret and apply policies, legislation, guidelines, and operational procedures to support consistent and informed decision-making.

- Ability to coordinate multiple activities, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail .

About You

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative, sound judgement, and a commitment to continuous learning. Proven capability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes within required timeframes.
