Ambi is a piercing-focused jewelry brand built on self-expression, minimalism, and a deeply loyal global community. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who brings both creative depth and design precision to everything they make. You will develop visually striking assets across campaigns, digital platforms, and brand initiatives, collaborate with the creative team on concept development, and help ensure design consistency across all channels.

What You'll Do
Design Creation
- Develop visually compelling designs across a wide range of materials including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, web banners, campaign visuals, and brand collaterals
- Use expertise in layout, typography, and composition to create designs that communicate clearly and look extraordinary
- Edit and retouch images to create visually impactful assets for marketing and brand materials
- Stay current on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Actively use AI tools to improve creative output and production efficiency
Paid Advertising Creative
- Adapt campaign imagery and video into paid ad assets across required formats and ratios for Meta and Google Display
- Apply text overlays, messaging, and brand-consistent design treatments to campaign creative
- Export and deliver final assets to platform specifications and iterate based on performance feedback
- Maintain consistent brand presentation across all paid placements
Website Content and Asset Management
- Create homepage imagery, banners, and campaign visuals for product detail pages
- Maintain visual consistency across homepage, collection, and editorial pages
- Support homepage storytelling concepts in collaboration with the broader team
Brand Consistency and Collaboration
- Ensure all designs adhere to Ambi's brand guidelines and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
- Collaborate with the creative team and cross-functional stakeholders to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas aligned with campaign objectives
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, branding, and web operations teams
- Mentor and support junior designers on the team
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing work for ecommerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Solid skills in color theory, layout, typography, and composition
- Solid understanding of digital marketing design principles, particularly for social media, paid ads, and email
- Familiar with AI tools for content creation and design production
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or support junior designers
- Excellent creative thinking, sharp eye for detail, and strong aesthetic sensibility
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Drawn to alternative, lifestyle, or culture brands, you have a genuine feel for what looks good and why
- Genuine resonance with Ambi, with a clear understanding of our aesthetic, values, and the community we serve
- Experience with motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects (preferred)
