What you'll be doing?

- Develop Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective wayfinding strategies.
- Schedule Requirements: Manage statutory requirements in alignment with project briefs.
- Create Drawings: Produce detailed design development drawings and construction-ready drawings.
- Artwork Files: Prepare finished artwork files in vector and raster formats.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
- Research Materials: Identify and recommend suitable materials based on project specifications.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential design risks, develop mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the project delivery team to understand project details and client needs.





Who are they looking for?

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise and ability to deliver quality designs.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CAD-based software like Solidworks, essential for creating accurate and detailed drawings.
- Statutory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Statutory Code in relation to statutory signage, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with the project delivery team and stakeholders.
- Initiative: Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating your proactive approach.
