Workfast is looking for Ground Crew / Marshallers to join our team at the Brisbane Airport QLD.

Please note for this position we can only consider candidates who have full Australian working rights.

This is a short-term opportunity of up to 3 months, working in a busy airport environment and supporting the protected movement of traffic, vehicles and passengers around the airport.

About the Role:

- Directing and marshalling passengers at Brisbane Airport.
- Safely directing vehicles, buses and passengers to designated areas.
- Assisting with the safe movement of vehicles around terminals and aircraft operating areas.
- Providing clear directions to drivers and airport personnel.
- Maintaining awareness of surrounding traffic, pedestrians and operational hazards.
- Following all airport safety, security and operational procedures.
- Communicating effectively with drivers, supervisors and other airport personnel.
- Assisting with general operational duties as required.
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

About you:

- Previous experience in traffic control, marshalling, transport, logistics or airport operations highly regarded.
- A current Australian C Class Driver's Licence.
- Strong safety awareness and the ability to follow strict procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.




- Ability to perform manual handling and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- A current ASIC or an ASIC held within the past 12 months, allowing you to be eligible to re-obtain one.
- Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts across a 7-day roster.
- Priority will initially be given to candidates available for afternoon shifts.

- $35.50 per hour - Normal rate
- $49.70 per hour - Time and a Half rate
- $63.90 per hour - Double time rate
