The role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Group CFO, you will own the day-to-day financial management, accounting, cashflow reporting, payroll management and operational governance of the finance function, leading a small team of finance support and administration staff.

Your remit spans month-end close, full P&L; oversight, balance sheet and cash flow management; budgeting,



forecasting and financial modelling across project pipelines; internal controls, statutory compliance and audit readiness; and commercial partnering with project managers, construction and development teams to inform decision-making as the pipeline grows. About you

You are CA / CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of ten years' post-qualification financial management experience, and a strong preference will be given to candidates with a background in construction, property development or building. You bring depth in financial reporting, statutory compliance and audit management, experience leading a small team and driving process improvement, and ideally exposure to multi-entity structures. Just as importantly, you are steady under pressure, commercially astute, transparent, and build trusted relationships easily across disciplines.
