Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out processes using our Opera Property Management System
- Handling reservations via phone and email
- Addressing guest inquiries and providing solutions to ensure a seamless stay
- Supporting the Front Office Team with daily operations
- Performing other related duties as required
