We are looking for a vibrant and professional Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at View Sydney.

This is a part time position and we are specifically seeking someone who can work a combination of morning and afternoon/evening shifts, with availability for a minimum of three days per week.

As the face of the hotel, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival through to departure. Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service at check-in, throughout the stay, and at check-out

Manage reservations, payments, and guest enquiries efficiently and accurately

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care

Promote room upgrades and hotel services





Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience What We're Looking For

Previous hotel front office or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality

Excellent spoken and written English

Availability to work both AM and PM shifts

Availability for a minimum of three days per week

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Full Australian working rights Highly regarded:

Fluency in Korean and/or Mandarin Chinese

Experience using hotel PMS systems
