This state-of-the-art complex includes a café, gym, multiple levels of mixed-use courts, and multipurpose spaces. This all electric, 5-star green facility is home to multiple sports, including basketball, netball, volleyball and futsal plus provide a place for the community to connect and meet their health & wellness goals.

We are on the hunt for passionate and enthusiastic Health Club Attendants to be the welcoming face of our gym, supporting all members and visitors with including onboarding, program design, health consultations and ensuring every visit is a memorable one.

Reporting to the Health & Wellness Manager, we are looking for suitably qualified and passionate Health Club Attendants who are focused on delivering exceptional service and helping our members achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals.

Responsibilities will include

- High level of interaction with members providing great customer service,

- Personalised Gym program design for members

- Health consultation appointments

- Ensure the fitness and gym areas remain clean and organised

- Supervise gym area and ensure it is protected at all times

- Leading small group training sessions (on the Gym floor)

- Leading Personal Training Sessions

- Venue/facility tours and membership sales

- Other operational duties as and when required

About you

You will

- Nail our values

- Relevant qualifications - Cert III & IV in Fitness

- Proven customer service and membership experience
- A vibrant and energetic personal energy

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment

- Relevant industry qualifications based upon the role

- Current National Police check, Working with Children check, Fitness Registration, and First Aid qualifications
