Nexifi is looking for a Head of Delivery – Digital to work hands-on with our client teams. Facilitating agile delivery, mobilising programs and projects, and mentoring associate consultants along the way. You'll be a reliable, practical voice for clients navigating day-to-day delivery challenges.

Role Summary The Head of Delivery – Digital plays a hands-on role in delivering Nexifi's digital engagements, working closely with client teams to review delivery capability, facilitate agile ways of working, and mobilise portfolios, programs and projects. The role supports site teams in producing digital and physical delivery artefacts, mentors associate consultants, and acts as a reliable, day-to-day source of practical advice for clients navigating their delivery challenges. You'll Come to Us With: Experience in a digital delivery consulting or client-facing environment, ideally within agile programs and projects.

Hands-on experience facilitating agile ways of working, including sprint planning, stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives.

Confidence in running workshops to rapidly define and mobilise portfolios, programs, projects and teams.

Experience supporting site teams to produce physical and digital portfolio, program and project boards.

A coaching mindset, with experience mentoring associate consultants to grow their capability and careers.

Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to give strategic and pragmatic advice on delivery challenges.

Experience in engagement management and reporting for client accounts.

A detailed understanding of Attlassian & Miro solutions in a planning & prioritisation setting You Will Be Responsible In: Undertake strategic reviews of client delivery capability and provide recommendations.





Facilitate workshops to rapidly define and mobilise digital portfolios, programs, projects and teams, in a highly engaging and collaborative manner.

Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives.

Establish digital and physical representation of initiatives, requirements, plans and activities where required.

Empower, mentor and support clients through the take-up and transition of agile delivery capability.

Provide strategic and pragmatic advice on client capability and delivery challenges.

Support site teams to produce physical and digital portfolio, program and project boards.

Own engagement management and reporting, and provide peer reviews where required.

Mentor associate consultants to help upskill and enhance their capability and professional development.

Establish and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted source of informed, reliable and professional advice for value-based delivery services.

Contribute to designing and developing high-quality delivery solutions, and to evaluating customers' business needs and developing approaches to resolve them.
